After joining Janaraksha, Jayashankar developed a deep passion for community service and grassroots development. His work in lake rejuvenation, water conservation, and rural development programmes has enabled him to engage closely with local communities, promoting environmental sustainability and improving rural livelihoods. Through extensive field travel and direct community engagement, he has gained valuable experience in programme implementation and community mobilization.
Coming from an agricultural background, Jayashankar has a deep appreciation for farming, environmental conservation, and animal welfare. He believes that sustainable agriculture and the protection of natural resources are essential for creating resilient and prosperous rural communities.
