Kavya K. N. is a passionate and service-oriented professional dedicated to improving the health and well-being of rural communities. She holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Government Polytechnic, K.R. Pet, and combines her technical knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support community development initiatives.
Before joining Janaraksha, Kavya gained valuable experience in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. At P&G, she worked as a Counsellor, creating awareness among mothers about maternal and child health, nutrition, and healthy living practices. This role strengthened her public speaking skills and deepened her commitment to community health and awareness.
She further developed her professional expertise as a Quality Assistant at Pattabi Press Company, where she learned the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining high-quality standards. Later, as a Quality Controller at Shahi Private Limited, she enhanced her skills in time management, professionalism, and working efficiently in dynamic environments.
Driven by a genuine passion for social service, Kavya chose to dedicate her career to the development sector, where she strives to create meaningful and lasting change. She is particularly committed to health programmes that empower women, children, and vulnerable communities through awareness, education, and access to essential services.
Outside her professional responsibilities, Kavya enjoys dancing, interacting with people, and building positive relationships. She believes that empathy, a positive attitude, and continuous learning are the foundations of effective community service and sustainable social impact.
