Prajwal is a dedicated social development professional committed to improving the health and well-being of rural communities through community-based initiatives. He completed his Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Mandya, acquiring strong technical and practical skills.
Before joining Janaraksha, he worked at Everyday Manufacturing Company, Maddur, where he developed discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities that continue to support his professional responsibilities.
At JRDT, Prajwal serves as a Field Officer, playing an active role in implementing community health programmes, maternal and child health initiatives, health awareness campaigns, beneficiary mobilization, and field coordination. He works closely with communities to promote preventive healthcare, facilitate access to essential health services, and ensure the effective implementation of health interventions.
Passionate about rural development and community well-being, Prajwal believes that awareness, participation, and collaboration are key to creating healthier communities. His dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to service continue to support JRDT's mission of improving health outcomes and fostering sustainable community development.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Prajwal has a keen interest in agriculture and enjoys playing sports.
