Field Officer
Hemanth L. S. is a dedicated social development professional committed to improving the well-being of rural communities through sustainable development and community engagement. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Vidyavikas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mysuru, along with strong computer skills that support his field operations.
Before joining JRDT, Hemanth worked with IDFC FIRST Bharat in the Home Loans sector, gaining valuable experience in community interaction and field operations. He also served as a Quality Inspector at Bhoruka Extrusions Private Limited, where he strengthened his skills in quality assurance, teamwork, and process management.
At JRDT, he serves as a Field Officer, contributing to lake rejuvenation and water conservation, and mother and child care initiatives. Through close community engagement, he promotes awareness, encourages participation, and supports the successful implementation of development programmes.
Coming from an agricultural background, Hemanth is passionate about farming and sustainable rural development. He enjoys sports, music, travelling, and watching movies, and is known for his creativity, adaptability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. His dedication to community service continues to support JRDT's mission of creating lasting social impact.
